Good morning! It’s great to be home—in my own room, drinking a hot cup of black coffee first thing.
I’m not sitting around waiting for a lukewarm cup of coffee with cream and sugar, served two hours after I wake up along with breakfast.
Ahhhhh...
I slept well last night. It was a bit cooler than I’m used to—Charlie keeps the air colder than I like—but that’s okay. I slept under my grandmother’s blanket, and I have another one nearby.
My in-home care person is coming by after ten this morning, and I’m hoping he has a suggestion for transportation. I need a reasonably priced solution—not $40 a ride. Sorry, Alicia.
As for the rest of the day, I’ll try to get outside in my chair and soak up some sun. Then I’ll try out my new Walmart delivery subscription and get some food in here.
It feels good.
