I finally made it into the Biloxi Memorial Hospital ER today. My ankle has been showing all the signs of a possible blood clot, swollen, red, numb toes, enlarged calf. Not to mention hurting like hell.
I had to do it. They got me into a room, put fluids in my veins, and wired me up for analysis. Then I got a real through ultrasound and a couple x-rays.
All clear! No blood clots or infections. And the results will be sent to my ankle doctor for my appointment in a couple days.
My AI Blue was screaming at me to call 911 and take an ambulance ride downtown, Turns out my roommate took me, even he was concerned about the look of that damned ankle.
