SeaBlu

Proud moment

SeaBlu is starting to look like a real place instead of just another project full of links and text.

We’ve been improving the visual side of these BluSup location sites lately, adding better images to the places and categories so they feel more alive when you scroll through them. SeaBlu just got a big round of that work, and I think it looks a whole lot better.

This one is personal for me.

SeaBlu covers the South Sound area around Kent, Federal Way, Orting and Seattle — the part of Washington where my son Riley and his family live. So when I work on this site, I’m not just filling out another directory. I know these places. I know why they matter.

The featured business is Monarch Collision Center in Federal Way, Riley’s auto body shop with his partner. I wanted it represented professionally and respectfully, just like the rest of the site: real information, useful links, no hype.

That’s becoming the point of these BluSup place sites for me. They aren’t supposed to look like giant databases. I want them to feel like somewhere you might actually go.

SeaBlu is getting there.
